These Terms of Service govern your use of Charme AI at https://charmeai.org. By using the service you agree to them.
The Service
Charme AI lets you upload a photo and get a short AI video in the style of the viral baile charme AI trend. Charme AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, the creators of the clips or any baile charme party or venue.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Charme AI. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.
What You May Upload
You may only upload photos you have the right to use: photos of yourself, of your pet, or of someone who agreed to be in the video. Everyone in the photo must be 18 or older. You may not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Charme AI to create or share anything that is illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing, to impersonate someone, or to pass off a video as real footage of a person. You also agree not to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may refuse or remove content and block generations that break these rules.
AI Results
Videos are made by AI, and results vary. Faces and moves can come out differently from the original clip, and we don't guarantee that a video will look the way you expect.
Credits and Payments
Videos are paid for with credits, bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription, and credits never expire. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe.
Failed Videos and Refunds
If a video fails to render, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. If you are not happy with a finished video, email [email protected] and we will refund your payment to the original payment method.
Your Videos
The videos you make are yours to post, including on social platforms. You are responsible for how you use them, and you should label them as AI-generated when you share them. You give us permission to store and process your photos and videos only to provide the service to you.
The Service Is Provided "As Is"
Charme AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If you keep using Charme AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
