This Privacy Policy explains how Charme AI ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://charmeai.org.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — when you sign in with Google, your Google account name, email address and profile picture.
2. Photos you upload — the photo you provide so we can make your video, including the people or pet shown in it.
3. Videos we make for you — the videos made from your photos, with details such as their status and creation time.
4. Payment information — the packs you buy and their payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Analytics — we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how the site is used.
6. First-visit source — a cookie that records where you came from on your first visit (for example a search engine or another website), kept for 30 days.

How We Use Your Photos

We use your uploaded photo only to make the video you asked for. Photos are stored in our own storage. The AI provider that renders the video processes the photo to make it but doesn't keep it. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

How We Use Other Information

We use your account and payment information to run your account, add the credits you buy, handle refunds, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the service working. We use analytics and the first-visit source cookie to understand how people find and use the site.

Service Providers

To run Charme AI we rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). They receive only the data needed to provide their service to us.

Storage and Deletion

Your photos and videos stay in your account so you can view and download them. There is no automatic deletion period: email [email protected] at any time and we will delete your photos and videos.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Children

Charme AI is for people 18 and older. Do not use the service if you are under 18, and do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, for Google Analytics and for the first-visit source cookie described above. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
